北京中科三环高技术股份有限公司（简称“中科三环”）是由隶属于中国科学院的北京三环新材料高技术公司（简称“三环公司”）作为主发起人于1999年7月23日设立的一家企业，并于2000年4月20日在中国深交所上市，股票代码000970。中科三环延续了三环公司的主要业务，从事磁性材料及其应用产品研发、生产和销售。
中科三环下纳四家烧结钕铁硼永磁体生产企业——宁波科宁达、天津三环乐喜（与台全金属合资）、北京三环瓦克华（与德国真空熔炼合资）、肇庆三环京粤和一家粘结钕铁硼永磁体生产企业——上海三环（与日本精工爱普生合资）；参股一家烧结钕铁硼永磁体生产企业——日立金属三环磁材（南通）有限公司（与日立金属合资），一家软磁铁氧体生产企业——南京金宁三环富士电气（与日本富士电气和南京金宁电子集团合资）及一家非晶软磁带材生产企业——天津三环奥纳科技有限公司。中科三环的钕铁硼主打产品广泛应用于能源、交通、机械、信息、家电、消费电子等方方面面，尤其是近年来全球节能环保产业的快速发展，推动了在混合动力汽车、电动汽车、节能家电、机器人、风力发电等新兴领域的应用。中科三环是中国稀土永磁产业的代表企业，全球最大的钕铁硼永磁体制造商之一。

San Huan Introduction
Beijing Zhong Ke San Huan Hi-Tech Co., Ltd (“Zhong Ke San Huan”) was established by Beijing San Huan New Materials High-tech Inc. (“San Huan”) of Chinese Academy of Sciences on July 23rd, 1999. It became public on April 20th, 2000 with the listed number 000970. Zhong Ke San Huan is engaged in researching, developing, manufacturing and marketing magnets and their application devices.
Zhong Ke San Huan own four sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet plants with the names of Ningbo Konit, Tianjin San Huan Lucky, SANVAC （Beijing） (cooperating with Vacuumschmelze GmbH & Co. KG, Germany) and Zhaoqing San Huan Jingyue, one bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet plant named Shanghai San Huan Magnetics Co., Ltd. (cooperating with Seiko-Epson Corporation, Japan). It has three stock-sharing companies namely Hitachi Metals San Huan Magnetic Materials (Nantong) Co., Ltd (a sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet plant cooperating with Hitachi Metals, Ltd, Japan) Nanjing Jinning San Huan FDK Co., Ltd ( a soft ferrite plant cooperating with FDK Corporation, Japan and Nanjing Jinning Electronics Corporation) and Tianjin San Huan Aona Technology Co., Ltd (a amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials plant). Our main products Nd-Fe-B magnets have been widely applied in areas of energy, transportation, machinery, IT, household appliance, consumer electronics etc. The rapid development of global energy saving and environmental protection industries has greatly promoted the application of Nd-Fe-B magnets in new areas including hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, energy saving household applicances, robots and wind power.
